Brussels is not just the capital of the EU, but the EU’s most congested city.
A survey by the satellite navigation provider TomTom says motorists in Brussels face delays of over 37.7% of the city’s main roads every day. The Polish cities of Warsaw and Wroclaw came second and third, London is fourth, Paris 15th, and Zaragoza 59th of the 59 cities analysed with just 1.5% of roads facing traffic jams.
